How do i get a really flat stomach?

Lie full length on the floor with your hands behind your head. Now sit up leaving your hands on head and without your legs coming up, your heels should remain touching the floor.. Lie back again and keep repeating ten or eleven times, daily You can feel your stomach muscles working. Keep off cakes/biscuits/trifle etc and eat more vegetables/fruit. keep off crisps/sweets and drink water often
