Water obviously evaporates with heat, but how about other (aqueous) solutions like ZnCl2, for ex?

I'm asking with curiousity, since I feel like technically only water evaporates, and if you were to heat aqueous ZnCl2 it would leave precipitate and not completely evaporate as gas.
