Can Manny Ramirez even speak English? I have searched youtube, the entire internet for a Manny interview?

there are none to be found. He moved from the Dominican Republic to NYC when he was like 13 or 14 or something. I heard, he was extremely quiet in cl and never spoke. I also heard that he never wanted to learn how to speak English. Can he hold a conversation in English? I have never heard what his speaking voice sounds like, it is heavily accented? For a guy who has lived in the USA for over 20 years, you would think he would be fluent in English by now.
