Excluding Prague, which place do you think I should visit in the Czech Republic?

Cesky Krumlov is a great destination. I would also recommend visiting Karlstejn Castle. Brno is interesting - count the bells at 11 am then look up the history. Kutna Hora is also nice. If you take the tour there, it stops at an interesting oosuary along the way.
