HELP! How do I check my firewall settings (EASY 10 PTS. for computer person!)?

If the light on the printer is flashing, it's not a computer problem, it's a printer problem. Turn the printer off, then turn it back on. (If you haven't installed a firewall, it's not a firewall problem - the Windows firewall doesn't [can't even if you wanted it to] block printer communication.)
