How dangerous is an ionocraft?

I'm thinking of making an ionocraft exhibit at the science center/planetarium that I work at. I think the kids who visit would love it. But I read that I produces ozone or NOx. Does anyone know if the concentrations of these gases put off by a small ionocraft inside a large exhibit hall would be hazardous?
