How do you cite a quote from a book with two authors(MLA format)?

Here's the sentence with the quote that i'm writing on an essay: There’s been many times when “people strive to achieve something for which they did not have the necessary characteristics and then feel a failure as a result” (Barrett and Williams 84). Did I do it right? Does it needs comas or something??
