Should government dissolve all recognition of marriage?

No, because this country was founded on Christian principles. Look into the history of the U.S. Why did people come here from Europe? They based everything on Christianity starting with the Puritans and Pilgrims, the Reformers and the Separatists. Why should the foundation of our country, the beliefs of Christians who believe marriage is between man and woman, recognized by God, to procreate, and live for God, be sacrificed just because people have no idea what marriage is all about, who have no idea about the history of the United States, and who simply don't care where the United States is headed. I don't believe the government regulates emotional connections. But people get married before God, and same marriage is not at all supported in the Bible. More people need to read it, I guess.
