I need help. I have this cl with this girl and she was staring at me two weeks ago pretty hard.?

I stared back at her and she started to smile and I put on some chap stick and then she did it also and kept on with the smiling. So next week was midterm and she sits next to me and before I leave I told her I like her boots they look comfy. She blush and says thanks you and I leave. So this week she sits across from me (she had a new outfit and makeup on) but it isn't close enough to talk to her. She starts rubbing her legs and copying my movements, but I couldn't get any eye contact(she I was looking down at my crouch area and that was it). Her friend(she has a boyfriend) was starring at me the whole time though. She wore the boots again and kept pulling a phone out of them. After cl she just bolts and I can never get a good shot to talk to her. Any advice? I really want to try and get her number, but she is always with her friend. She dosen't give me a real chance to talk to her at all(sucks).
