Which one should I play at the try outs?

I think you should play your best piece. I doubt if you will fool anyone into thinking you are better than you actually are. The minute you sit down to play, place your hands on the piano and begin playing will give them a pretty good idea on your level. If they do ask you questions, answer honestly.
