Alien SAT question: if one spaceship leaves earth and travels 26 years at the speed of light?

There are two spaceships. The first one leaves earth and travels to its destination at the speed of light to a destination 26 light years away. Then two days later, the second spaceship travels to the same destination at the speed of light. At the destination place, how much time has ped between the arrival of the two spaceships? Just two hours? I'm not sure how relativity plays a factor in this, if relativity only affects the time span for people on earth or if it also plays a part in the destination as well. Thanks!
