Can i purchase Maelstrom by Ambrosia software for my dell with windows 7?

Hello, i cant tell if i can buy Maelstrom (a 1992 apple version of asteroids) by Ambrosia and run it on my dell with windows 7. Seems like there was a website that says i can but i just am not sure so i thought id ask.
