If rejected by Peabody and Boston Conservatory, is it possible to get callback from Juilliard?

Ok so I'm wondering if it's even possible for someone who got flat out rejected from Peabody Conservatory and Boston Conservatory and UMD and Boston University's voice program, to get a callback from Juilliard in the vocal program. I didn't get rejected by them but I'm just wondering because I have a pretty good feeling that a "friend" of mine lied about getting a "callback" from Juilliard when said person was flat out rejected from these conservatories...including Peabody, Boston Conservatory, Boston University's music school, UMD's music school, Eastman School of Music, Curtis Institute, and New England Conservatory. I know this might be somewhat stupid but I'm a bit ticked and I would like some unbiased opinion from experts...or somewhat experts
