JBL grand touring GTO74.5 amp wiring?

hi, i just bought a second hand jbl amp, two c4 subs, a power cap and what appears to be most of the wiring, ive got it all sorted but before i connect the whole lot to my car i just wanted to find out if anyone has a wiring diagram or any info on how it should be correctly wired up? anything will help, thanks in advance
