Yes, it is possible for you to be pregnant under the cirstances you're describing, get a pregnancy test and find out for sure. Technically you only need one sperm to get inside of you for prengnancy to occur, and there are viable sperm in pre-ejeculate (that clear liquid you were refering to). There are other reasons you're not getting your period, but you should make sure you're not pregnant first.
